What you'll do
- Collect information and human-interest testimonies from the field.
- Produce high-quality written, audio, photographic, and video content.
- Ensure ethical standards and informed consent are maintained for all subjects.
- Submit all deliverables within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Participate in production briefings organized by the Communication & Advocacy team.
What it takes
- Professional journalist or experienced freelancer status.
- Residency in one of the 23 provinces of intervention in the DRC.
- Experience in humanitarian, public health, or development reporting.
- Strong storytelling and narrative skills.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in at least one local language.
- Availability of own basic production equipment (camera, recorder, etc.).
