The role
Support participants on work placements and in paid employment, liaise with local disability services, and assist participants to learn and carry out tasks.

What it takes
- Minimum of QQI Level 7: Degree in Social Care / Applied Social Studies / Psychology / Education or any other relevant qualification at degree level
- Experience in delivering low arousal approaches in a person centered environment
- Experience of supporting individuals on their pathway to finding and retaining paid employment
- Awareness of key worker role & philosophy of supporting people with intellectual disabilities
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Full Driving Licence is Essential
