The role
The consultant will support the implementation of the Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for Small Island Developing States (ABAS) through the operationalization of the Island Investment Forum (IIF). This involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, development of operational tools, pilot implementation, and monitoring.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic inputs for the IIF's operational model

- Coach and mentor CoE staff and NFPs from pilot SIDS
- Monitor implementation and prepare end-of-year performance assessments
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in economics, policy development, operations management or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in organizational leadership and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of investment facilitation mechanisms in SIDS context
- Proven experience setting up or managing development partnerships
- Demonstrated background in capacity building and operational systems design
- Experience working with SIDS governments and development institutions
