The role

The incumbent will assist the Senior Investment Officer Credit in conducting fundamental credit research for the corporate and government-related bond portfolios, ensuring long-term and short-term performance objectives are met, and integrating Principles of Responsible Investments into investment analysis.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to achieving long-term and short-term performance objectives
  • Conduct security analysis at the direction of the SIO credit
  • Integrate Principles of Responsible Investments into investment analysis
  • Conduct sector reviews and present in the Portfolio Review Meeting
  • Participate in management calls, meetings, and sector conferences
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of the Fund's research providers and vendors

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in Business and Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience analyzing corporate securities
  • Experience in US fixed income credit markets
  • Experience in trading US corporate bond exposures
  • Experience in quantitative portfolio modeling
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
