The role

The/Nudge Institute is seeking an energetic intern to assist the People & Culture team in planning and executing their annual Rewards & Recognition event. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing nomination data, and facilitating stakeholder communication. The intern will gain hands-on experience in employee engagement and operational support within a mission-driven, not-for-profit environment.
