The role
Supports the smooth functioning of the PSD Front Office under the supervision of the Adviser to the Managing Director of PSD, including coordinating and drafting briefing notes, assisting with speaking engagements, performing data management and analytical tasks, and supporting communications.
What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day function of the PSD Front Office
- Coordinate and draft briefing notes for senior management
- Assist with the MD's speaking engagements
- Perform data management and analytical tasks
- Support operational matters related to project reviews and portfolio of technical cooperation activities
- Perform ad-hoc research and analysis
