The role
Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Interim Advice Manager to lead a vital advice service supporting people experiencing poverty, hardship, and food insecurity in North West London.
What you'll do
- Manage and support advice staff and volunteers, including supervision and performance management
- Maintain a small caseload, supporting clients with complex needs
- Ensure high-quality, compliant advice and effective safeguarding
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Lead on quality assurance, case checking, AQS audits, and case management systems
- Develop Advice and Open ARMS services in line with organisational strategy

- At least three years' experience in welfare advice or casework
- Experience managing staff and volunteers
- Experience handling complex advice cases and developing services
- Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and case management systems
- Experience responding to safeguarding concerns
