The role
The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Caseworker will address barriers to safety and wellness for especially vulnerable refugees, asylees, and other ORR-eligible populations.
What you'll do
- Determine client eligibility for ICM programming and conduct intake assessments
- Develop individualized, SMART self-sufficiency plans for clients
- Evaluate client progress every six months
- Assist clients in navigating healthcare and social service systems
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in case files
- Attend relevant trainings and meetings
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field of study preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of case management experience with similar populations
- Strong relationship building skills
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
