The role

NFF is seeking an Initiative Support Associate to strengthen project execution operational effectiveness and client service delivery within the Consulting Department. The role involves project coordination, research, analysis, and client support.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate project logistics and maintain project plans, action item trackers, timelines, deliverables, and other tools
  • Support client-facing administrative processes, including report timelines, invoicing and billing, tracking re-grant disbursements, and coordinating documentation
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications
  • Monitor assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, and support needs
  • Contribute to high quality client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, engagement letters, research reports, and workshop/training curriculum
  • Identify opportunities for improvements; recommend policy or process changes as appropriate

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • One (1) year of professional work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
