The role
World Relief is seeking an Immigrant Case Worker to support newly arriving refugee families during their first 90 days post-arrival.
What you'll do
- Ensure provision of timely and appropriate services to newly arriving refugee families during their first 90 days post-arrival in accordance with program guidelines.
- Conduct home visits and assessments with refugee families.
- Provide initial and on-going orientations to life in the United States as well as assist in creating an initial budget pre- and post-employment.
- Coordinate interdepartmentally on resettlement details including furniture provision, basic needs and grocery provisioning, utilities connections, airport reception, and transportation.
- Maintain timely and accurate client files, case notes, and reporting records.

- Valid drivers license, access to reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards
- MS Office skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
