What it takes

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in policy analysis, digital transformation, or ICT governance.
  • Proven experience in multi-stakeholder engagement with government and private sector.
  • Familiarity with Kenya’s digital policy landscape and global sustainable transformation frameworks.
  • Fluency in English is required.
