High School Principal

The role

The Founding High School Principal will lead the establishment and academic vision for KIPP Capital Region’s first co-ed high school in Albany, NY. This role is responsible for driving instructional excellence, fostering an inclusive and anti-racist school culture, and managing operational and financial systems. The Principal will coach educators, engage with community stakeholders, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline to ensure long-term student success.
