Geospatial Data Cleaning and Standardization Support for OCHA Afghanistan

The role

UNOCHA Afghanistan is seeking online volunteers to assist the Information Management Unit in cleaning, standardizing, and aligning geospatial datasets, including administrative boundary and village-level shapefiles. The work involves ensuring these datasets meet OCHA geographic standards and are compatible with humanitarian mapping products and dashboards. These inputs are critical for supporting the 2027 population estimation exercise and upcoming Whole of Afghanistan (WoA) assessments.
