ICT Support Assistant

The role

The ICT Support Assistant will provide technical expertise to support the delivery of ICT services and digital solutions within the UNICEF Lao PDR office. The incumbent will manage ICT application administration, develop interactive dashboards, and maintain systems while providing Help Desk support for hardware and software. Additionally, the role involves supporting emergency preparedness, digital transformation projects, and staff training to ensure effective office workflows. This position focuses on aligning technology and data management with organizational goals to improve the rights and well-being of children.
