The role
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at Renewal House, a transitional living program for individuals who have completed substance abuse treatment and are seeking employment.
What you'll do
- Helping to establish and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Making safety patrols throughout the facility and documenting same
- Monitoring CCTV system and security cameras
- Observing tenant(s) and visitor(s) behavior and reporting any unusual behavior
- Greeting visitors and guests, announcing/directing/escorting them to the appropriate location
- Maintaining accurate log entries and writing Incident Reports when necessary
