The role

KIPP Capital Region is seeking an entrepreneurial Founding High School Principal to launch their first co-ed high school in Fall 2025. This role serves as the primary instructional leader, responsible for driving academic excellence, fostering an inclusive school culture, and building a high-performing staff team. The Principal will manage school operations, community partnerships, and financial resources to ensure students are prepared for college and career success.
