What you'll do
- Provide outreach and medication support to forensic PACT clients living in the community.

- Facilitate client participation in pro-social activities and interpersonal skill development.
- Provide transportation assistance for court, work, and medical appointments.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, criminal justice, social work, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working with the specialized forensic population.
- Proven ability to establish therapeutic relationships with individuals having histories of unsuccessful community tenure.
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
