Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF) is seeking a Finance and Human Resources Manager to join international humanitarian missions for a minimum commitment of six months. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing HR, administrative, and financial activities while ensuring adherence to legal obligations and organizational standards. What you'll do

  • Coordinate HR, administrative, and financial operational activities according to MSF protocols.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure accurate allocation of funds across project sites.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and payroll administration.
  • Implement accounting workflows and ensure transparent documentation for monthly and yearly closures.
  • Advise on organizational charts and ensure compliance with local labor laws and partner MoUs.
