The role
Médecins Sans Frontières en México A.C. is seeking a Finance and Human Resources Manager for international humanitarian missions to join their team in international projects with a minimum availability of 6 months.
What you'll do
- Planning, coordinating and implementing HR, Admin and Financial activities and policies in the project
- Calculating, analyzing and monitoring the project's HR and Financial operational needs
- Advising on the set-up and updating of the project's organizational chart and job descriptions
- Ensuring hiring, amendments and contract termination formalities for employees at project level
- Supervising/performing payroll procedures
- Implementing and supervising transactional procedures and systems
What it takes
- Degree in finance, management (business, HR) or administration
- At least two years of working experience in relevant and similar jobs
- Working experience with MSF or other NGOs, in developing countries
- English (B2 or higher level)
- Spanish (C1 or higher level)
- French (B2 or higher level)
