The role
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking Field Operations Interns & Fellows to assist in developing and maintaining seamless operations to support the Field Office’s operations. Responsibilities include email management, compiling reports, scheduling meetings, and attending leadership meetings.
What you'll do
- Assist with email management
- Compile Monthly Report and Dashboard information
- Schedule meetings
- Attend and record critical information from IJM leadership meetings
- Manage the Field Office Director’s calendar
- Draft letters and other communications writing

- Bachelor's degree
- At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish
