The role
The Field Coordinator will support the implementation of the India Safe Water program at the sub-district level, focusing on government advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation.
What you'll do
- Train and build capacity of sub-district/block/mandal officials
- Assist in establishing water quality policies and tools
- Represent EAII in engagement with contractors
- Lead water treatment training and sensitizations
- Help inform a final recommendation and report to the state-level government
- Coordinate the smooth and effective participation of different stakeholders
What it takes
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with government officials
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree/diploma or higher
- Outstanding communication skills in Hindi and English
- Demonstrated experience working with and managing suppliers and contractors
- Experience in program implementation at district, block, and community levels
- A valid driving license and a vehicle
