Facilities Specialist

The role

The Facilities Specialist will coordinate and provide equipment and facility set-up for meetings, conferences, and special events; provide customer service to building patrons; monitor facility usage and ensure conformance with policies and procedures; perform facility maintenance and cleaning; and perform related work.

What you'll do

• Coordinate timely and accurate meeting set-ups and breakdowns in conference rooms center and all other meeting areas
• Work with staff requesting meeting space to ensure appropriate equipment and layout
• Coordinate audio visual requests for meetings and conferences held in conference room center
• Maintain inventory of audio-visual equipment and meeting room supplies
• Assist with preventative maintenance program for all DePelchin’s equipment
• Assist with deliveries and pickups both on and off the property

What it takes

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience in basic building maintenance
• One year experience with audio video equipment and maintenance
• Must have valid Texas driver license
