The Executive Director will lead RIVERE Ecological Center through a critical transition from its startup phase into rapid organizational expansion, focusing on strategic direction, financial growth, operational development, and stakeholder mobilization.
What you'll do
- Define and execute strategic growth plans for RIVERE from startup planning to full facility operation and regional presence.
- Oversee startup nonprofit infrastructure development, supervise staff and operational systems, establish the center's earned revenue coworking model, and manage complex public-private partnerships.
- Drive capital campaign readiness and execution in partnership with the Board and campaign consultants; cultivate, solicit, and steward major individual donors, family foundations, and corporate partners.
