The Emergency Triage Coordinator serves as a critical first point of contact for crisis services, managing telephonic information flow and referral requests 24/7/365. This role involves screening cases, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality crisis intervention for clients, families, and community providers. The coordinator supports the Emergency Services team by navigating medical record systems and facilitating follow-up care arrangements.

  • Maintain and update client records in the Avatar system.
  • Gather risk information and assist in crisis evaluation requests.
