The role
The Education Organizer will play a pivotal role in building authentic relationships with families, community leaders, and stakeholders to generate awareness and support for Rocketship Public Schools' mission in Orange County. This position involves identifying community needs, cultivating parent leadership, and executing strategic grassroots campaigns to ensure equitable education access. The role requires clear communication, documentation, and a deep commitment to social justice and education equity. The candidate will work closely with the External Affairs team to foster a community-led movement.
