The role
The District Field Officer will supervise Community Health Workers (CHWs) and peer supervisors, support vaccine demand generation and immunization outreaches, ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders in Kambia District, Sierra Leone.

- Familiarity with immunization programs, demand generation, and community mobilization approaches
- Experience working with District Health Management Teams (DHMT) or Peripheral Health Units is a strong advantage
- Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively in relevant local languages spoken in Kambia District is highly desirable
