The role is a new, hybrid-based opportunity reporting to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management.
What you'll do
- Lead the triage and resolution of distressed assets with cash flow deficits.
- Develop and implement property-specific stabilization action plans.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of workout-focused asset management professionals.
- Analyze complex financial statements, debt structures, and operating budgets.
- Identify sources of ancillary income and apply for project-level grant or soft debt funding.
What it takes
- 7+ years of LIHTC/multifamily experience.
- 3+ years of workout experience.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS Real Estate, or CPA strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Yardi.
