The role
The Director of Quality Enhancement will lead quality systems and ensure safe, effective, and person-centered service delivery across Gallagher Services, a provider of residential and day services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

- Provide strategic leadership and effective administration of the Agency’s Quality Enhancement Program
- Establish measurable quality indicators and performance benchmarks
- Oversee a coordinated quality monitoring framework
- Analyze quality review findings and identify systemic patterns and root causes
- Direct cross-functional quality enhancement initiatives
- Partners with program and departmental leaders to develop corrective and preventive actions
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, health care administration, quality management, public administration, business administration, or a related field
- Five (5) years directing or supporting a Quality Enhancement program in a large agency
- Broad knowledge of person-centered human services
- Extensive knowledge of Code of Maryland Regulations and HCBS Final Rule
- Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, and consultation skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
