The role
The Director of Program Development, Quality & Learning is responsible for driving cross-functional engagement in the development and delivery of Country Program Strategy, developing annual plans and reporting on results, ensuring high quality, evidence-based, innovative programs, and leading on project design and innovation.

- Strong management skills with good understanding of relevant cross-cultural issues
