The role

- Serve as a core SMT member contributing to country strategic planning and operational risk management.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to donors, Global teams, and government agencies.
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development support for Finance teams and supervisory oversight for the ICT Lead.
What it takes
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting or any related field or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in financial management, of which 5+ years in a managerial position in an International NGO environment
- Strong understanding of Controls and Compliance & audit management
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial forecasting, donor compliance and reporting requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing IT systems
