The role

The Hub Project is seeking a Director of Contracts & Corporate Governance to lead the organization's contracting, vendor relationships, and institutional compliance frameworks. What you'll do

  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from scoping through execution and renewal.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to legal counsel and fiscal sponsors.
  • Advise the Board of Directors and senior leadership on institutional risk and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Operations team to ensure contract obligations align with budgets.
