- People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and upskill technical team members
- Modern Analytics Stack: Working knowledge of modern data visualization tools, SQL, data warehousing, or automation tools
- Commercial Acumen & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
