The role
The Director, Alumni Engagement is responsible for developing and executing programs that strategically engage and provide benefits to graduates of the Lindner College of Business, building affinity for the University of Cincinnati and the UC Alumni Association.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary liaison between the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association and the Lindner College of Business
- Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic goals for alumni engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with college-based alumni
- Execute annual signature experiences from ideation through implementation
- Manage the Lindner College of Business Alumni Council
- Recruit, retain, and engage Alumni Leadership Council representatives
