The role
The Arc of Ocean County is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for evening shifts to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily routines and community activities.
What you'll do
- Support individuals with evening routines, meal preparation, personal care, and other activities of daily living
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment
- Encourage healthy habits and routines
- Support individuals in building greater independence
- Participate in appointments, activities, and community outings
- Document support provided

- At least 18 years of age

- Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing
