The role

The Brennan Center for Justice is seeking a Development Associate to join their Major Donor Relations team and support a high-performing department that raises $35-40M annually. The role involves managing donor records, conducting prospect research, preparing correspondence, and assisting with event logistics for a six-person team. What you'll do

  • Manage and proofread the team's weekly flow of donor correspondence.
  • Support frontline fundraisers with donor cultivation, stewardship, and meeting preparation.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and gift processing in Salesforce.
  • Conduct strategic donor and prospect research for the major giving portfolio.
  • Coordinate logistics for both live and virtual donor events.
