The Deputy Director, Fellowship will lead the ongoing development of Westminster Abbey Institute's flagship Fellows’ Programme for public service leaders. This newly created role focuses on nurturing the community of 170+ Fellows through high-impact events and strategic programming. The successful candidate will work to integrate moral and spiritual values into public life while representing the Abbey's mission. You will be responsible for balancing the program's established success with creative initiatives to expand its reach and impact.
