The role

Pathways is a rapidly growing climate tech startup focused on helping construction material manufacturers decarbonize the built environment. As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead post-sale success and project management for the Ready Mix Concrete customer segment. The role involves managing customer onboarding, adoption, and renewals while collaborating closely with the internal Product and Engineering teams. You will act as a key advocate for customer needs to help shape the company's product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Own post-sale success and project management for Ready Mix Concrete clients.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Build and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and adoption metrics.

What it takes

  • Deep knowledge of the concrete industry and its dynamics.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex workflows.
  • Technically adept with the ability to communicate complex concepts.
