The role

The Country Director for the DRC will provide strategic and operational leadership for World Relief's country program portfolio, managing day-to-day activities, financial operations, and donor relations. This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of country strategies while ensuring alignment with the organization's humanitarian mission and Christian values. The Director will oversee senior management, drive business development, and maintain strong partnerships with government, UN agencies, and local institutions to support vulnerable communities.
