What you'll do
- Assure l'instruction, l'analyse et la coordination des demandes de soutien
- Assure le suivi des cas et des subventions de protection
- Suivre la mise en oeuvre des plans de soutien et adapter les réponses lorsque nécessaire
- Développer et actualiser les outils, guides, protocoles et ressources techniques en matière de protection
- Fournir un appui technique aux équipes, partenaires et autres parties prenantes sur les enjeux de protection, genre et inclusion
- Contribuer à l'analyse d'information et au développement stratégique du mécanisme
What it takes
- Master's degree in international law, social sciences, international relations or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in case management and working with vulnerable families, civil society organizations, communities and individuals
- Strong understanding of protection principles and survivor-centered approaches
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Autonomy and strong proposal, innovation, and adaptability to evolving contexts
