The role
The role involves coordinating and supporting logistics, procurement, and technology management for the mission, ensuring the mission's systems and processes are in line with INTERSOS and donor requirements.
What you'll do
- Participate in the definition and updating of annual project plans and budgets
- Ensure the implementation of logistics, procurement, and technology activities
- Provide technical support and supervision for logistics and procurement
- Ensure the correct use and accuracy of data in the INTERSOS Logistics software
- Coordinate with the finance and administration department for payment processes
- Supervise the management of assets, equipment, and communication tools
