What it takes
- Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Law, Public Policy, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science, Gender, Social Work, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in social project management with a gender focus.
- 3 years of specific experience in gender, care, or human rights policy coordination.
- 3 years of experience in community work and civil society engagement.
- Proficiency in Spanish and good command of English.
