The role
Develop a comprehensive Youth Safeguarding Resource Package for Oxfam in Asia, supporting the safe and meaningful engagement of youth in Oxfam’s work and operationalizing commitments in Oxfam’s Youth Safeguarding Policy and suite of safeguarding policies, standards, and Code of Conduct.

- Experience with international NGOs, child and youth safeguarding, digital safeguarding, accessible design, and the development of practical implementation tools
- Experience with Oxfam's safeguarding and Code of Conduct documents
