The role

The Eastern Shore Land Conservancy (ESLC) is hiring a Conservation Assistant to support land protection projects and stewardship obligations. This entry-level role involves a mix of fieldwork, technical analysis, and project management, including easement monitoring and GIS mapping. The successful candidate will work closely with the Land Conservation department to help preserve the natural resources of Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

What you'll do
