The role
World Vision Mexico is seeking a community development professional to implement and facilitate integral project activities within local regions. What you'll do
- Implement community development projects in accordance with national and regional strategies.
- Train partners, leaders, and volunteers in child protection and violence prevention.
- Facilitate the formation of community committees for emergency response and monitoring.
- Manage and maintain sponsorship records and annual progress reports to meet institutional standards.
- Develop and maintain strategic alliances with local schools, clinics, and government authorities.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Pedagogy, Community Development, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community development projects and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital media, and web browsers.
