The role

What you'll do
- Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches
- Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process

- Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams

- Experience building and running new product introduction processes
- 10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations
- Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments
