The role
As a College Counselor & Advisor at College Track, you will facilitate college readiness programming for scholars, provide individualized advising, and build relationships with students, families, and school staff.
What you'll do
- Build trusting relationships with scholars to support their college readiness journey
- Work alongside school staff and partner organizations to create a holistic support network for each scholar
- Manage a caseload of approximately 120 high school scholars, ensuring they are equipped to matriculate to college
- Guide scholars through the complex process of preparing for, applying to, and enrolling in college
