The role

We are seeking an experienced early years education professional to lead Thrive at Five’s new programme in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland.

What you'll do

  • Lead the local multi-disciplinary team and work to bring together communities, families, and partners.
  • Shape the direction of the multi-year programme as part of a young, dynamic national charity.
  • Work in partnership with education and allied professionals to build strong relationships and co-design evidence-based workstreams.
  • Support senior leaders in strategy development and evaluation plans.
