The role
The Clinical Manager will oversee SRP Clinicians who provide intake, assessment, and evidence-based group and individual programming to address participant needs and court mandates, and crisis support to participants in need.
What you'll do
- Provide weekly supervision and bi-weekly group supervision to SRP Clinicians
- Provide clinical support in community offices as needed
- Support policy and protocol implementation
- Co-facilitate required clinical trainings
- In collaboration with the Center’s Court Reform team, implement group and individual programming
- Ensure quality assurance and monitor team compliance
What it takes
- LMSW, MHC or equivalent licensure
- 4 years direct practice experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Group work development and facilitation experience
- Experience in pretrial or criminal legal system
- Therapeutic intervention training and experience
