KIPP North Carolina is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational excellence across its network of eight public charter schools. The successful candidate will lead operational domains including compliance, transportation, technology, and facilities to ensure the organization meets its goals for student success. This role requires a leader with a strong background in K-12 education who is committed to racial equity, continuous improvement, and effective team management. The COO will work collaboratively across North Carolina to support a growing organization dedicated to improving life outcomes for all students.
