The Center for AI Safety is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President to serve as a critical operational partner and connective tissue for the leadership team. The role involves managing executive operating cadences, driving cross-functional execution across six core departments, and protecting executive attention. The successful candidate will represent the President in external stakeholder matters and build sustainable systems to ensure organizational efficiency. This is a high-impact position requiring exceptional judgment and the ability to operate under ambiguity.
